RETURN POLICY

Initiating a Return: Within a 31-day period from delivery, you are welcome to start a return process for any reason. Contact us at support@airmodels.net to obtain your return authorization number, a step necessary to expedite your refund efficiently. Please note, items returned without prior approval may face delays in processing.

Damaged Deliveries: On the off chance your order arrives damaged, hold onto all original packing materials and document the damage with photographs. These steps are essential for us to assess the situation to offer a no-cost replacement for items that meet our damage criteria. Please ensure to report all damage within 7 days of delivery. Returns failing to meet these standards may be declined.

Change of Mind or Mistake: We understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes can be made when placing an order. If this happens, we ask that you handle the return shipping costs. Please ensure the model(s) are sent back in pristine condition, unused and with all the packaging and protection it arrived with. Insufficiently packaged returned models which have been damaged during return transit may be declined.

Large Orders: For substantial orders sent via courier or non-standard postage method, cancelled or returned orders will have the original shipment cost and any courier-imposed return charges deducted from the refund.

Condition for Returns: We accept returns on the condition that items are unused, in their pristine original packaging, including any additional contents.
