Delivery, Returns & Refunds

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Handling Time: Each order undergoes a handling period of 1 to 2 business days before it is shipped. However, we strive to dispatch the majority of orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item(s) must be returned to us should you decide to cancel your order after processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy: It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. AirModels cannot assume responsibility for items dispatched to incorrect addresses as provided by the buyer. Should an item be sent to a wrong address, the buyer will bear the cost for any additional shipping charges required to redirect the package to the correct address.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Dual Shipping Locations: We operate from two key dispatch centers – one in Europe and another overseas in China. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Priority European Dispatch: Whenever possible, we prioritize shipping from our European location to offer you faster delivery times. If the item you've ordered is available in our European stock, we'll ship it from there for expedited delivery.

Stock Availability and Shipping Times:

From Europe: Should your order be dispatched from our European center, we aim for a delivery window of 5 to 7 working days.

From China: In cases where the item needs to be shipped from our China location, the delivery timeframe averages between 6 to 12 working days, varying by destination country.

Stock Migration to Europe: We are in the process of consolidating our inventory to our European facility to further improve delivery efficiency. Currently, the majority of our stock is already located in Europe.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Due to logistical considerations, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. This approach allows us to comply with parcel weight and size limitations, ensuring that your purchases are handled and delivered efficiently. Rest assured, any subsequent packages should arrive shortly after the first one. Should there be any items missing more than 5 working days after the arrival of your initial shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our Contact Us page.

RETURNS

31-Day Return Window: You have 31 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To begin the process, simply reach out to us at support@airmodels.net for detailed return instructions and the appropriate address.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and the box your model(s) were shipped in, including any protective materials inside. To proceed, send us clear photos of the damage. We'll review these images and inform you if your case qualifies for a complimentary replacement. Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our damage criteria.

Damage Report Deadline: It's crucial to report any damage within 7 days of receiving your delivery. This timeframe is essential for us to process a damage claim with our courier effectively.

Returns Due to Error or Change of Mind: If you find yourself needing to return your model(s) due to an ordering mistake or a change of mind, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure the safety and traceability of your return, we recommend using a shipping method that offers both tracking and insurance.

Large Orders and Courier Shipments: For large orders dispatched via courier instead of standard mail, if you return or cancel the order, the total cost of the courier shipment will be deducted from your refund. This deduction will include any fees the courier charges for returning the shipment to us.

Condition of Returns: We accept returns for unwanted models only if they are unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and any extras included in the sale.

REFUNDS

31-Day Returns: You can request a return for any reason within 31 days of receiving your order. No questions asked. However, it’s important to note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe and confirmed delivery of your return.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be in their original, brand-new condition, exactly as they were when dispatched. This means they should be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Shipping for Returns: Please return the goods via a shipping method that offers insurance and/or tracking. This is to protect you in case the returned parcel is lost or arrives damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a full refund for items that do not come back in their original condition due to loss or damage in transit. Upon the safe return of the item(s) in their original state, we will process your full refund.

Cancellation of Orders Made in Error: If you realize that an order was made by mistake and wish to cancel it before it has been shipped or processed, we can accommodate your request. Please be aware that for payments made via debit or credit card directly to us, a non-refundable fee of 4% of the transaction value will be deducted to cover card processing charges we incur.

Exchanging Items: If you prefer to exchange your order for a different model(s), we’re happy to help. This exchange option helps you avoid the 4% refund processing fee.

Accurate Delivery Address: Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be asked to cover the additional delivery charge. The cost will vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
