First Purchase
This was my first purchase, and I could NOT be MORE pleased with the quality of the product and service. The order processing and shipping was exactly as described; the only thing I would ask is some sort of way for the buyer to discern whether the item shipped from the UK or China. I think I saw a comment that said the item was damaged by being packed too tightly; I cannot imagine how this could have happened. While the shipping box did show some signs of "ordinary" shipping distress, the inside, product packaging was adequately protected with bubble-wrap and pristine. The product packaging was attractive and informative and I would recommend keeping it. As to the product itself, I LOVE the quality of construction and its presentation. The display stand is VERY elegant and provides a nice identification. It is also, IMHO, angled at the PERFECT pitch for viewing the item reasonably in fullness from any display angle. Based on this first purchase, I would have NOT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST HESITATION to recommend airmodels and the quality of their product and service. Sidenote: The Spitfire is my absolute favorite aircraft of ANY type from ANY era, and I fully intend to order a Premium edition of it whenever it comes back into stock.
