RETURNS
31-Day Return Window: You have 31 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To begin the process, simply reach out to us at support@airmodels.net for detailed return instructions and the appropriate address.
Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be in their original, brand-new condition, exactly as they were when dispatched. This means they should be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Shipping for Returns: Please return the goods via a shipping method that offers insurance and/or tracking. This is to protect you in case the returned parcel is lost or arrives damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a full refund for items that do not come back in their original condition due to loss or damage in transit. Upon the safe return of the item(s) in their original state, we will process your full refund.

REFUNDS
Cancellation an Order: You can cancel an order by contacting us, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. We reserve the right to deduct a 5% fee to cover the cost of our non-refundable payment processing charges. Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
Accurate Delivery Address: Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay for the re-shipping costs, along with any prepaid duties. The cost will vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and the box your model(s) were shipped in, including any protective materials inside. To proceed, send us clear photos of the damage. We'll review these images and inform you if your case qualifies for a complimentary replacement.
Damage Report Deadline: It's crucial to report any damage within 7 days of receiving your delivery. This time frame is essential for us to process a damage claim with our courier effectively.
Large Orders and Courier Shipments: For large orders (2 or more shipments) or orders sent via courier: If a large order or an order sent via courier is returned, we will require to deduct the original shipping costs for each individual shipment, or the total courier cost. Due to parcel sizing and weight restrictions, for large orders we need to split the shipments up into multiple packages; and the cost of shipping for those multiple packages will be deducted from your return/refund total.
International Returns & Restocking Fees: For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund for any "change of mind" returns. This fee helps cover the administrative costs of processing international returns and preparing the items for resale. Please note that this fee will not be applied to returns from countries where such charges are prohibited by local consumer law.
International DDP & Shipping Costs: For all international orders, original shipping charges and any prepaid Duties and Taxes (DDP fees) are non-refundable. These are costs paid to couriers and customs authorities and cannot be recovered by us. In the event of a return or a refused delivery, these amounts, along with any "return to sender" fees charged by the courier, will be deducted from your final refund.
