Excellent service
I ordered the Oceanhawk a few weeks ago, it arrived fairly quickly but on opening the package the item was damaged. I emailed air models customer service with my disappointment, they responded the next day. I was to photograph the damaged aircraft and packaging it was in and email them back to air models. I did as requested and I received acknowledgement of my email, two days later I received a further email to say a replacement model was on the way, it was delivered three days later in prime condition. I was very impressed with the service I received, therefore I will be using Air Models again in the future.
