Excellent Concorde model - Husband absolutely loves it!
Even more beautiful than I expected
I am not a true collector but I do have a number of models of my favorite aircraft on display for my own enjoyment. The one that was missing was the Concorde. I was close to buying one from another source but discovered that in spite of its rather high price, it wasnt of very good quality and that the decals used for the windows and livery elements yellowed with age. I discovered AirModels through an online search. I could see that it was a different brand and offered more detail than the other, including the drooping nose. I was not disappointed. In fact, when it arrived, I discovered that the workmanship, detail, and overall quality were far better than I expected. The livery is apparently painted on and the passenger windows are molded into the body with clear plastic inserts and include the gray portals surrounding them. (I have never flown on the Concorde, but visited and walked through one at the Boeing Museum in Seattle. AirModels has created one problem for me, however. I only have a limited amount of display space and they have a whole collection of aircraft models of similar quality. I now have new level of temptation to deal with. One note to buyers: apparently AirModels uses a free trade zone in LA for their inventory. Apparently, this package had to clear customs before it actually got on the carrier. So the tracking information can appear a bit confusing as it seems to stall between locations. Both AirModels and their logistics company were very helpful explaining what seemed like a lost package.

Recently received by post the most beautiful and superbly detailed model of a BA Concorde. Unfortunately in post the model was damaged. When contacted and informed of our disappointment, AIRMODELS immediately replaced the model Concorde at no cost to us. Wonderful service.
