WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Handling Time: Each order undergoes a handling period of 1 to 2 business days before it is shipped. However, we strive to dispatch the majority of orders within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item(s) must be returned to us should you decide to cancel your order after processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy: It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. AirModels cannot assume responsibility for items dispatched to incorrect addresses as provided by the buyer. Should an item be sent to a wrong address, the buyer will bear the cost for any additional shipping charges required to redirect the package to the correct address.

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

All models listed on our website are stocked in our own UK warehouse for fast delivery worldwide, and sent with fully tracked shipping to all major countries.

Delivery times vary by region, please see the average delivery time frames below:

To United Kingdom: 1 working day from dispatch.

To Europe: 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

To USA/Canada: 3 - 6 working days from dispatch.

To Rest of World: 3 - 7 working days from dispatch.

Average order handling time: 1 working day
