Dispatch Location Maintenance

Update - 24th February:

Our maintenance has now been complete, and we have resumed processing orders. Rest assured we expect all orders made from the 15th February to be dispatched by Wednesday at the latest. Thank you all for your patience and we look forward to all orders arriving as quickly as possible!

Our main dispatch location has now started undergoing a huge re-organisation, to help with our dispatch process to speed up orders, and with improving our current stocking.

We expect this to be fully complete by the 23rd February. Unfortunately this does mean that orders placed now, until the 23rd February will have delayed dispatch, and unable to be dispatched until the 24th February at the earliest.

As a result of this delay, we have enabled a global, site-wide 10% OFF discount. All items are now 10% OFF until the 23rd February, and all orders placed will be dispatched as soon as our dispatch location is back up and running, of course as quickly as possible.

This work is essential maintenance and to improve our dispatch method and so is vital we complete this as soon as possible. We highly apologise for any inconvenience by the week delay on new orders.
