WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, typically 1 - 3 business days, however the majority of all orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
You will then receive a notification of shipment via email. We ship from two locations - from our European location or from our additional location overseas in China. If we have sufficient stock in our European location we will ship from there for extra quick delivery, however if we do not have stock we will ship from our additional location.
If we ship from our EU location, the delivery aim is 5 - 7 working days, while from China it can be anywhere from 10-20 working days depending on your country, however most orders do arrive in under 2 weeks.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled and they must be returned back to us if you still wish to cancel your order.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. AirModels can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
We ship from our European location if we have sufficient stock. If you order a model in which we don't have in our EU location, we will ship it from our additional location based in China instead. Our European deliveries on average take 5 - 8 working days for delivery, while orders from our overseas location have an average of 8 - 15 working days.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We always email you to let you know if your order has been split into multiple shipments, so please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your returns number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
If your item is received damaged we require you to keep all original packaging, the box/packaging your model(s) arrived in, along with any of the protection inside of the box/package. We then require you to first send us a few pictures showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for a free of charge replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
Please also note if your order arrives damaged and you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery - we are unable to claim compensation costs on the courier's behalf which will result in us unfortunately being unable to send a replacement or a refund.
Please ensure you keep all original packaging and package padding for any damaged deliveries, as we require photos of these to provide to our courier. If these are thrown out before requesting a replacement or reporting damage, we may not be able to provide a replacement.
If you have ordered in error or no longer want your model(s) then we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. You are also required to pay for the return shipping to us. Please note it is advised you send any returns via a tracked and insured postage method - as if they arrive to our returns department damaged or do not arrive at all - we will be unable to accept the return. In this case we would only be able to offer a partial refund.
If a large order was made in which we have dispatched by courier rather than our usual standard mail service and is returned or cancelled by yourself - the total cost of the courier shipment will be deducted from your refund amount, along with any fees charged by the courier for returning the shipment back to us.
We can only accept returns for unwanted models if they are unused and in the original state that they were sent out, including all of the packaging and any extras which were included in the sale.
Please note any customs duty or tax must be paid in full by yourself if returning an unwanted item. If this is not paid we will take the amount off your refund, or charge your original payment method for the amount.
We offer refunds if you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. There is no reason needed for a refund, however please note return postage must be covered by yourself, and we advise to return it with a tracked posting method to make sure we receive it.
If the returned product is damaged during transit, we will not be able to provide a full refund, this is an issue you would have to claim back with your postage method. When received in original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged - a full refund will be given once it is received back. To receive the return address, please email us by using the Contact Us page at the bottom of our website.
If an order has been made in error and you request to cancel, we will do so if the order has not yet been shipped or processed. If your order was paid via Debit or Credit card directly to us, 3% of the transaction value will be deducted for card processing fees.
